Actress Moon Chae-won will serve as a special DJ for MBC FM4U's 'Brunch Cafe' for a week, following actors Jang Dong-yoon and announcer Kang Ji-young.
According to MBC Radio, Moon Chae-won is set to meet listeners as the special DJ starting on the 23rd.
This will be Moon Chae-won's first time working as a radio DJ after gaining public affection through various works. He noted, "I have always thought of radio as an attractive medium for communication, and I have wanted to take on this challenge someday." He expressed his feelings, saying, "I am happy and excited to have the opportunity to be the DJ for 'Brunch Cafe' for the first time."
After DJ Lee Seok-hoon's departure on the 25th of last month, 'Brunch Cafe' has been operating under a special DJ system for about six weeks and is expected to conclude its broadcasts on July 6th. Previously, actor Jang Dong-yoon and the newly declared freelancer Kang Ji-young had taken on hosting duties for four weeks.
Starting from July 7th, 'Radio Legend' Lee Moon-sae, who is returning from performances in the U.S., will take over the FM4U morning slot at 11 a.m. with "Hello, This is Lee Moon-sae."
Meanwhile, 'Brunch Cafe' can be listened to live every day from 11 a.m. to noon on the metropolitan area FM 91.9 MHz or through the MBC Smart Radio app 'mini'.
