Choo Young-Woo appeared again on 'You Quiz on the Block' after six years.
In the episode broadcast on the 18th of the tvN entertainment program 'You Quiz on the Block' (hereafter 'You Quiz'), Choo Young-Woo made a reappearance after six years, meeting Yu Jae-suk and Cho Sae-ho.
Six years ago, Yu Jae-suk asked about Choo Young-Woo's return as a prominent actor, saying, "I greeted you recently at the Baeksang Arts Awards, but Mr. Choo has a connection with You Quiz. When you were a student at the Korea National University of Arts, you did an interview with You Quiz; what happened to that?"
Choo Young-Woo recalled, "I was hungry during class and went out to buy protein chips when it started pouring rain. I ran without an umbrella and found a camera and some staff members there. They asked me if I had a moment and said they would just ask a few questions about the school, so I answered diligently. That's how it aired. I was surprised too."
Yu Jae-suk asked, "What was the reaction around you after the broadcast?" and Choo Young-Woo replied, "At that time, I was at an internet café playing games with a friend, and my name appeared in the trending search keywords. It was the first time my name was on TV. It was an honor."
In response, Cho Sae-ho praised, "You had a memorable face at that time," and Yu Jae-suk stated, "For us to make headlines through an interview, we have to be incredibly funny. Otherwise, it won’t come out except for a big mistake," which brought laughter.
Above all, Yu Jae-suk joked, "We think of him as a star we raised ourselves."
