Although she could not participate, her heart is with them.” Gabee sends warm support to the ‘BUMSUP’ mega crew stage, saying she is “proud.”

Dancer Gabee conveyed her heartfelt support for ‘BUMSUP’ during the mega crew mission stage in Mnet’s ‘World of Street Woman Fighter’ (hereinafter ‘WSWF 3’), representing Korea.

On the 17th, at the end of the broadcast of ‘WSWF,’ the long-awaited mega crew mission was unveiled. Legendary leaders such as Honey J, AIKI, Gabee, Leejung, NO:ZE, Hyojin Choi, LIP J, and Monika, who left a strong impression on the public through the ‘Street Woman Fighter’ series, united as ‘TEAM KOREA’ to form ‘BUMSUP’ and showcased the grandeur of Korean street dance on the global stage.

The stage unveiled, titled ‘Dreamscape – On the Edge of Dreams,’ completed its unique aesthetics by integrating traditional elements such as fan dance, spinning the sangmo, and mask dance with modern dance, centered around the grim reaper concept. The performance, which captured a cold yet explosive emotional line, received reviews stating it was like a work of art encapsulating Korean sentiment, achieving explosive reactions with about 6.7 million views on YouTube just one day after its release.

Among them, the one who wholeheartedly supported ‘BUMSUP’ despite not being able to directly participate in the mega crew stage was Gabee. On the 18th, Gabee posted on her Instagram, “The proud BUMSUP mega crew video has come out. I thought it was really cool from the moment I received the rehearsal video, and I was waiting for it to be released,” expressing her affection.

She continued, “I ask for many likes and beautiful comments as support for this video made by our members who poured everything into it,” and added, “You have no idea how powerful those comments can be for the actual members.” Although Gabee could not join this mission due to a prior schedule, she stated, “I would appreciate it if you could support, embrace, and love them a lot.”

In response, ‘BUMSUP’ leader Honey J warmly replied, “Our Gabee even sent a coffee truck. Love you, Gabee,” while dancer LIP J added, “Though you couldn’t be on stage, I felt your disappointment closely. Even if we cannot share the same stage, Gabee, who is with us in spirit, I love you,” highlighting the unshakeable teamwork and friendship that the team name ‘BUMSUP’ represents.

The stage of ‘BUMSUP,’ where tradition and modernity, skill and emotion, and the members’ will and trust come together, could be called a cultural heritage in itself. At the center of it all, Gabee, although she did not take the stage, is shining as the most sincere colleague and fan.
