In "The Return of Superman," Kim Jun-ho challenged himself to ride a bicycle with his sons, Eun-woo and Jung-woo.

The KBS2 program aired on the 18th, featuring the episode titled "A Superman Dad's Challenge!"

Kim Jun-ho, who had a slow aging diet for his meal, drew attention by saying to the Woo brothers, "It seems like Uncle Su-hong should be the one eating a slow aging diet instead of Dad." He asked the kids if they remembered visiting Uncle Park Su-hong's house, and Jung-woo cleverly replied, "We saw the baby brother and also looked at the fish."

Kim Jun-ho then enjoyed riding a bicycle along the Han River with the children. Even though he hadn't taught Jung-woo, who is 24 months old, how to ride, Jung-woo surprised his dad, Kim Jun-ho, by riding independently. Kim Jun-ho praised his son's athletic ability and said he was doing well. Regarding the reason for biking along the Han River, Kim Jun-ho revealed in an interview, "I’m trying to challenge myself in the Han River Triathlon cycling event."

Kim Jun-ho is taking on a round-trip 10km cycling course with the kids. While riding with the children, he explained about the event's motto, saying, "It's not about going fast, but rather taking it easy with a transaction." The Ho-woo family successfully completed the course, receiving support and attention from citizens.
