The group BTS member Suga is approaching his release from duty on the 21st, and his agency Big Hit Music announced that there will be no separate official event.
On the 18th, the agency Big Hit Music stated through the fan community platform Weverse, "We provide guidance concerning the release from duty of BTS Suga. Suga is completing his military duty as a social service worker and is approaching his release from duty. There will be no separate official event on the day of release."
It further urged, "To prevent safety accidents due to congestion, we earnestly ask fans not to visit the site, and we ask that you send warm welcomes and encouragement toward Suga with your hearts."
The agency also added, "We are always grateful for the support and unwavering love that fans have shown to Suga. We will do our best to support our artists in the future. We thank the fans who love BTS once again."
Meanwhile, Suga began his alternative service as a social service worker in September 2023 and is approaching his release from duty on the 21st. Prior to Suga, Jin and J-Hope were discharged last year, and RM and V were discharged on the 10th, followed by Jimin and Jungkook on the 11th. When Suga is discharged on the 21st, all members of BTS will have completed their military service.
