Episode 6 began with the ‘Mujins’ and the cleaning workers facing a crisis amidst disruptions from the school. The dedicated cleaning staff founded a labor union and resolved to go on strike. However, the indifferent and uncooperative reactions from the students discouraged the workers. Some students demanded an end to the strike, threatening to file a lawsuit for hindrance to their right to education. The union chairman Oh Jang-geun (played by Ahn Nae-sang) lamented, 'The perpetrators are not us, but the school.' Hee-joo remarked, 'Once students graduate, they are not students but workers. Today’s struggles of these individuals could become the future of the students,' but the response was disdain for the cleaning workers.

Mu-jin suggested writing a notice to win over the hearts of the students. The protagonist of the notice was Young-sook, who finally voiced her feelings after death. Despite her earnest message, the students continued to show selfish reactions. The demoralized cleaning workers ultimately decided to disband. Mu-jin felt upset looking at his mother Yang Eun-ja (played by Jeon Guk-hyang) who remained alone under the strike tent. He told her, 'The more we step back, the louder their voices get; let's not give up.'

At that moment, another glimmer of hope arrived at the strike tent. It was students supporting the cleaning workers. Energized, Eun-ja and the ‘Mujins’ reignited their fighting spirit. Eun-ja wore glasses fitted with a camera and live-streamed the exam venue through 'Gyeon-jjang TV.' The ‘Mujins’ stormed the exam venue to expose the administrative head and the school for forcing tests unrelated to their jobs and enforcing dress codes. Gyeon-woo stated, 'This is truly an example of creative abuse of power. This is the true face of what is called the best university.' Mu-jin wielded the law to deliver facts and enact 'true education.'

Eun-ja's courage united the cleaning workers, and the ‘an eye for an eye’ showtime unfolded. Eun-ja shouted at the administrative head, 'By what qualifications are you grading these people and determining their rights?' She then challenged him to sing the school anthem. The administrative head, flustered, dismissed the cleaning workers once again, claiming ignorance of university life. Jang-geun and the cleaning workers began to sing the anthem one by one, and their voices resonated throughout the exam venue. This scene spread to current students, alumni, journalists, and citizens through 'Gyeon-jjang TV,' prompting an apology and response from the school. The ‘Mujins’ rejoiced, saying, 'We did it,' celebrating the collective effort.

The story of the dead helping the living evoked powerful emotions. Young-sook turned into a vengeful spirit out of concern for her colleagues who continue to work in pain even after her death. She said to Mu-jin, 'I feel so relieved. Thanks to you, I can speak about the things I couldn't express before. How wonderful it would have been if I had spoken out confidently while I was alive,' smiling at her colleagues working in a changed environment before finding peace. Returning home, Mu-jin warmly embraced his mother, saying, 'Thank you for your hard work, our Director General.'

At the end of the broadcast, Mu-jin unexpectedly encountered a new client at the hospital. It was Heo Yoon-jae (played by Yoo Seon-ho), a convenience store part-timer who had been excited about securing a job. The scene of Yoon-jae's spirit panicking, asking, 'Am I dead?' along with Mu-jin's surprised expression closed the episode. The preview showed Yoon-jae being wheeled into intensive care after collapsing while pushing a shopping cart in oppressive heat, raising curiosity about what happened to Yoon-jae and how the ‘Mujins’ would resolve Yoon-jae's industrial accident.

'Oh My Ghost Clients', praised for presenting labor issues with delightful humor and heavy emotion, will air its 7th episode on the night of the 20th at 9:50 p.m.
