BLACKPINK recorded the top spot in girl group brand reputation.

On the 15th, the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute analyzed 53,051,005 pieces of brand big data measured from May 15, 2025, to June 15, 2025, for the purpose of analyzing girl group brand reputation big data, measuring brand reputation indexes for girl groups based on participation index, media index, communication index, and community index. Compared to 56,077,037 pieces of girl group brand big data from last May, it has decreased by 3.87%.

The brand reputation index is an indicator created through brand big data analysis that finds that consumers' online habits have a significant impact on brand consumption. The girl group brand reputation index can measure positive and negative evaluations of girl groups, media interest, and the level of consumer interest and communication. It also included channel analysis from the brand reputation monitor.

The girl group brand reputation top 30 ranking in June 2025 is BLACKPINK, IVE, Red Velvet, LE SSERAFIM, TWICE, Oh My Girl, Kiki, Fifty Fifty, Miaow, Hearts2Hearts, Apink, (G)I-DLE, fromis_9, aespa, NMIXX, BABYMONSTER, ILLIT, tripleS, WJSN, STAYC, CAT’S EYE, Signature, MAMAMOO, Girls' Generation, UNIS, IZ*ONE, H1-KEY, Dreamcatcher, Girl's Day, and Lissenne.

BLACKPINK (Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé, Lisa), which recorded the top spot in girl group brand reputation, had a participation index of 124,372, a media index of 933,886, a communication index of 1,459,033, and a community index of 3,761,366, resulting in a brand reputation index of 6,278,657. Compared to the brand reputation index of 5,420,364 from last May, this is an increase of 15.83%.

In second place, IVE (Ahn Yujin, Gaeul, Rei, Jang Wonyoung, Liz, Lee Seo) had a participation index of 140,216, a media index of 555,232, a communication index of 1,522,019, and a community index of 2,780,374, resulting in a brand reputation index of 4,997,842. Compared to the brand reputation index of 5,185,979 from last May, this is a decrease of 3.63%.

In third place, Red Velvet (Wendy, Irene, Seulgi, Joy, Yeri) had a participation index of 45,234, a media index of 760,597, a communication index of 808,700, and a community index of 1,458,267, resulting in a brand reputation index of 3,072,798. Compared to the brand reputation index of 3,422,031 from last May, this is a decrease of 10.21%.

In fourth place, LE SSERAFIM (Kim Chaewon, Sakura, Heo Yunjin, Kazuha, Hong Eunchae) had a participation index of 62,832, a media index of 480,091, a communication index of 1,240,419, and a community index of 1,224,770, resulting in a brand reputation index of 3,008,113. Compared to the brand reputation index of 2,907,179 from last May, this is an increase of 3.47%.

In fifth place, TWICE (Nayeon, Jeongyeon, Momo, Sana, Jihyo, Mina, Dahyun, Chaeyoung, Tzuyu) had a participation index of 58,684, a media index of 779,340, a communication index of 685,366, and a community index of 1,450,642, resulting in a brand reputation index of 2,974,032. Compared to the brand reputation index of 3,679,751 from last May, this is a decrease of 19.18%.

In this regard, Gu Changhwan, director of the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute, noted, "According to the analysis results of girl group brand reputation big data in June 2025, the brand of BLACKPINK (Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé, Lisa) ranked first. Analyzing the girl group brand category shows a decrease of 3.87% compared to 55,189,465 pieces of girl group brand big data from last May. A detailed analysis shows that brand consumption increased by 17.03%, brand issues decreased by 0.56%, brand communication decreased by 13.33%, and brand spread decreased by 0.93%."

He also explained, "In the link analysis regarding the BLACKPINK brand, 'shooting, selling out, donating' had high scores, and in the keyword analysis, 'Jennie, complete group comeback, Goyang concert' scored high. In the analysis of the positive-negative ratio regarding the BLACKPINK brand, the positive ratio was analyzed at 91.24%."
