Actor Ahn Jae-hyun has returned with laughter and sincerity, embracing everyone. Although his scything skills were clumsy and chopping wood was a failure, he was more honest than anyone else. On Friday night, the living room drama was filled with Ahn Jae-hyun's charm.
On the 13th, Ahn Jae-hyun visited Masama Village in Hongseong, Chungcheongnam-do, and spent a delightful day with the members of 'Jeongnammae' on the KBS 2TV entertainment program 'Heart on Wheels.' The broadcast featured Shin Dong-yeob as a surprise guest, enhancing the fun typical of a 'variety show restaurant.'
Even while traveling in the car, Ahn Jae-hyun's sincerity shone through. He expressed his passion with comments like, "Let’s shoot for a long time," and he didn’t forget to say a kind word to Kim Jung-hyun, who was driving, stating, "You drive well. It’s hard work."
Upon arriving at the scene, he set out to pull weeds at the request of the village residents, and his clumsy scything transformed into 'caressing weeds,' bringing laughter. He also challenged wood chopping but repeatedly slipped while chopping, showcasing his 'delicate charm' and proving his high level of entertainment skills.
The highlight was the meeting with Shin Dong-yeob. When Shin Dong-yeob, who said, "I don’t do outdoor variety shows," made a surprise appearance, Ahn Jae-hyun held his heart and reacted in a cartoonish manner, creating a sea of laughter in the space. At the following dinner gathering, he played the role of a 'question bot,' throwing questions at Shin Dong-yeob like, "What was your first meeting with Lee Min-jung?", "How was Boom's wedding?", and "What’s your life’s work?", revealing his cute curiosity.
When Shin Dong-yeob teasingly asked, "You don’t have many friends, do you?" Ahn Jae-hyun cleverly replied, "I’m a shining solo," adding to the laughter. Ahn Jae-hyun became a solo artist after his divorce proceedings from actress Goo Hye-sun were finalized in July 2020.
Meanwhile, heartfelt confessions followed at the end of the broadcast. Ahn Jae-hyun noted, "KBS weekend drama 'The Real One Has Appeared!' is my life's work," saying, "I thought, 'If I can’t do this, I feel like I can’t do anything' when approaching the project." He recalled crying a lot after the meeting when he heard from the director, "Everyone has fallen for you." His appearance, having faced a difficult time and now confronting happiness, moved the viewers' hearts.
Meanwhile, Ahn Jae-hyun is a fixed cast member on 'Heart on Wheels,' which airs every Friday at 10 p.m.
