Actress Chae Jeong-an revealed her morning routine.
On the 12th, a video titled "Chae Jeong-an's health signals? Recommended items to stock up on | Easy 5 essential nutrients diet and low-sugar snacks when sick" was uploaded to the 'Chae Jeong-an TV' channel.
That day, Chae Jeong-an started her day by drinking lukewarm water. She said, "I think everyone in the country knows that drinking lukewarm water in the morning is important. First of all, it's about waking up the body by drinking it with lukewarm water." The producer asked, "Is it salt water? You can't just put in flower salt or something, right?" Chae Jeong-an laughed and said, "That would cause heart problems."
She remarked, "Oh, I really won't eat peanut butter anymore. It's not that I got tired of it, it's just so delicious. I shouldn't eat a lot, but I do." She then introduced a new honey combination recipe instead of peanut butter.
Chae Jeong-an took out seasonal chamoe and explained, "Since protein is important, it might feel burdensome to have protein in the morning. I sprinkle soybean powder on it while eating." She then added banana, blueberries, soybean powder, and honey, and squeezed lemon juice and olive oil on the chamoe.
The writer who tasted it said, "It's sour, sweet, and bitter," and Chae Jeong-an explained, "It turned out that way because I added lemon. And I sprinkled a bit of salt."
In response, the producer asked, "Where did you see olive oil on chamoe? Or do you just add olive oil everywhere and eat it because it's tasty?" Chae Jeong-an replied, "A few years ago, I went to a friend's house and she ate it like this."
Then the writer said, "Recently, I read an article saying that eating a spoonful of olive oil every day is as effective as altering stomach fat," and upon hearing this, Chae Jeong-an raised the bowl and comically pretended to eat olive oil greedily.
She pointed out, "Isn't this how we should be having breakfast? But if I can't eat like this many days, I always keep it ready." She took out a nutritional meal and said, "Summer is coming, isn’t it? While I’m contemplating dieting thinking about summer clothes, the truth is that most people are worried about how to not get sick today. Tomorrow, they wake up and think about how to not get sick. Many people have upset stomachs these days. Many eat stimulating foods, and especially there are too many people crazy about Peptidine. Eating such spicy food relieves stress in the moment, but it makes everyone's stomach churn all night."
She added, "When I feel like I have a cold and my condition drops, I have no appetite, and when it's hard, I end up reaching for it again. So I buy boxes of food and keep a few in the car for when I need them, as there are sudden health warning days. It’s truly an emergency. Especially for someone like me who lives alone, it really is a state of emergency. At those times, I make sure to stock up and eat them."
