In "Home Alone," MBC newscaster Koh Gang-yong makes an appearance, revealing the daily life of a 'rookie' who has been on the job for six months.
The 600th episode of the MBC entertainment show "Home Alone," airing on the 13th, will showcase newscaster Koh Gang-yong's busy commuting routine.
Koh Gang-yong, a newscaster who has been on the job for six months, is actively involved in various broadcasts including radio news, cultural programs, and sports commentary with full confidence. His home, where he has lived alone for 9 years, is his 8th shared house, with household items packed around the sleeping area, resembling a game of 'Tetris.'
At 6:05 a.m., Koh Gang-yong springs out of bed at the sound of his alarm and starts his morning. Within 10 minutes of waking up, he leaves the house. This is for his morning run. He notes that he has been running for three years and says, "I cried after seeing cartoonist Kian84’s marathon. It was a great motivation during a weak time in my life," revealing the reason he started running at dawn.
Moreover, while hurriedly preparing to leave, Koh Gang-yong makes sure to eat breakfast with his mother's side dishes and sits at his desk to write a "gratitude journal" before heading out, strengthening both his physical and mental preparedness for the day ahead.
After completing his morning routine, Koh Gang-yong heads to the office by car, facing a traffic jam that puts him at risk of being late. Having just barely arrived at the company parking lot eight minutes before start time, he causes concern among the members of the Rainbow team by not getting out of the car immediately. Curiosity arises about the reason behind his delay.
The commuting routine of newscaster Koh Gang-yong, who has been on the job for six months, can be seen on "Home Alone," airing at 11:10 p.m. on the 13th.
