The group ENHYPEN has topped the main music charts in Japan with their new album.
According to the latest chart released by Oricon on the 12th (June 16 edition/aggregation period from June 2 to 8), ENHYPEN's mini album, 'DESIRE: UNLEASH,' scored a total of 308,787 points to reach No. 1 in the 'weekly cumulative album ranking.'
This ranking is calculated by aggregating CD sales, digital downloads, and streaming play counts. The points they earned this time surpassed the record of 294,086 points set by their regular second album, 'ROMANCE: UNTOLD,' released last year, marking the team's highest ever.
Oricon noted, "ENHYPEN has achieved their 10th No. 1 in the 'weekly cumulative album ranking,'" and explained, "This ranks third all-time in the number of cumulative album No. 1 achievements."
Additionally, ENHYPEN also topped the 'weekly album ranking' and 'weekly digital album ranking,' achieving a triple crown in Oricon.
ENHYPEN's powerful album presence was also highlighted by Billboard Japan. 'DESIRE: UNLEASH' secured the top position in the latest 'Top Album Sales' chart, published on the 11th (June 11 edition/aggregation period from June 2 to 8).
The title track 'Bad Desire (With or Without You)' landed at No. 8 on the 'Hot Shot Song' chart, which lists songs that saw an increase in total points across downloads, streaming, and video metrics compared to the previous week.
ENHYPEN will present the stage for 'Bad Desire (With or Without You)' today (12th) on the cable channel Mnet's 'M Countdown.'
