The romance between actor Kim Il-woo and Park Sun-young has entered a 'mature stage.'

In the 167th episode of Channel A's 'Recent Male Life – Groom Class,' which aired on the 11th, Kim Il-woo is shown introducing Park Sun-young to Lee Seung-cheol and Moon Se-yoon for the first time, beginning a 'relationship that the public is informed about.'

On that day, Kim Il-woo went to a café at the golf course with Park Sun-young. Lee Seung-cheol, the 'principal,' and Moon Se-yoon, the 'entertainment section chief,' who had arrived earlier, greeted them warmly, and naturally, the four of them enjoyed a gathering reminiscent of a blind date. Kim Il-woo said, "We should hold hands and do things like that," as he held Park Sun-young's hand, jokingly adding, "Didn’t I get an 'excellence award' for holding hands last time? Next time, I will get a scholarship!"

Lee Seung-cheol noted, "As long as you get married, what can I say?" and expressed his support, then asked, "Isn’t it fun when the two of you are together?" To this, Kim Il-woo replied, "Sun-young’s personality is really good," and Park Sun-young added, "I’ve been told I look prettier," revealing their mutual fondness.

Throughout the day, the atmosphere between the two was increasingly soft. As a birdie chance approached, Park Sun-young playfully said, "If it goes in, they’ll tell us to get married," to which Lee Seung-cheol replied, "Okay." When Kim Il-woo failed his putt, he lamented, "I almost got married," prompting laughter.

During the after-party, Kim Il-woo referenced their '30-year connection' for the first time. He said, "There used to be a promotional film by the Ministry of National Defense where there was a putting scene at the golf course. Sun-young was there at that time," and cautiously confessed, "I thought Park Sun-young seemed quite charming. I wanted to ask for her personal number, but was told I could only get her manager’s number, so it fell through." He added that they ran into each other again on a drama set in 1993 and met once more on a variety show ten years ago.

He continued, "Sun-young’s charm is more boyish and haughty rather than feminine," expressing his enduring fondness. Recalling an incident during a variety shoot when Park Sun-young applied sunscreen for him, he laughed, saying, "I wondered if she had feelings for me. But then I saw her applying it to other guys as well."

However, Park Sun-young said, "I have some ambiguity as well, not just you, Oppa," adding, "It feels like Il-woo Oppa is approaching, but then suddenly it seems like he puts up a wall one day." She continued, "It seems like I like him, but then some days it feels like I don’t. I also stop and go, stop and go," she said. Hearing this, Lee Seung-cheol said, "You’re worrying too much about the future. You seem so concerned about the reaction when an action is taken," representing Kim Il-woo's inner thoughts.

In response, Kim Il-woo said, "I should just hug her tightly or give her a kiss on the cheek, but I feel like I’ll get slapped for it. My hand tends to go up unconsciously," he laughed in agreement. Park Sun-young replied, "Oppa, you proceed at the same pace. It’s a slow, steady speed. Sometimes, you need to step on the accelerator," adding, "(To put it positively) he is a consistent person."

Meanwhile, in a preview revealed towards the end of the broadcast, Kim Il-woo was shown cautiously expressing his feelings to Park Sun-young, saying, "What if we get married after spending time together like this?" The viewers' expectations are growing about what turning point their relationship may reach in the future.
