Comedian Park Soo-hong experienced a range of emotions while observing Eun-woo and Jung-woo on 'The Return of Superman'.
On the 11th, the first housewarming guests, comedian Kim Jun-ho, Eun-woo, and Jung-woo, appeared in the KBS2TV variety show 'The Return of Superman' (hereafter 'Superman Returns'), visiting the new pink house of Park Soo-hong and Kim Da-ye.
The one waiting for these brothers was Park Soo-hong. Park Soo-hong said, “I was really curious about who Jaeyi would like more, Eun-woo or Jung-woo. Eun-woo, who is 33 months old, asked if he should turn off the lights for dad to sleep, while Jung-woo seemed to get along well with our Jaeyi,” he explained excitedly.
Having endlessly coveted for a husband for his daughter Jaeyi while watching Kim Jun-ho's three sons, Park Soo-hong brought out the white and chubby Jaeyi who had just woken up from a nap. The shy brothers Eun-woo and Jung-woo greeted Jaeyi with "hello" and expressed their affection, even attempting to feed her formula.
Jaeyi showed off her cuteness in a bright yellow dress with a yellow pin. Kim Jun-ho, father of two sons, looked at Jaeyi with great affection. Kim Jun-ho remarked, “Seeing Jaeyi in person, her skin is much whiter than in the video, and her eyes are bigger,” repeatedly admiring her beauty. He added, “Jaeyi is a real-life beauty. She's really so pretty in person,” mentioning it once more in the studio.
Soon, Park Soo-hong sulked at Kim Jun-ho. This was because Jaeyi, looking at Kim Jun-ho, gestured as if she wanted him to hug her. Kim Jun-ho said, “It seems like Jaeyi secretly wished I would hug her.” Park Soo-hong couldn't hide his disappointment, tilting his head, saying, “She rarely reaches out to anyone other than her dad.”
Kim Jun-ho couldn't hide his bright smile while holding the chubby and small Jaeyi. Jaeyi, as if to prove the saying 'babies are not shy but cover their faces,' looked at Kim Jun-ho and burst into laughter. This was the moment when Kim Jun-ho, who caught the world's attention by removing his fencing mask on the Olympic stage, was evaluated again through baby Jaeyi’s eyes.
Ahn Young-mi tried to comfort Park Soo-hong, saying, “This is just the beginning. Once you send her to daycare and then to kindergarten.” Park Soo-hong protested, shouting, “I won’t send her! I won’t send her!” He tried to hug Jaeyi again, saying, “Looks like Uncle Jun-ho is likeable,” but Jaeyi snuggled right into Kim Jun-ho’s arms.
Even though he was upset, Park Soo-hong personally set a table for the three sons. It was a haesintang, a nourishing soup filled generously with ingredients like hen, octopus, and shrimp. Park Soo-hong surprised Kim Jun-ho by saying, “Do you know what the chicken means? It means son-in-law.” Kim Jun-ho urged, “Is only the son-in-law important, and not the father-in-law?” asking to be considered as well.
Later, Park Soo-hong entertained Eun-woo and Jung-woo while Kim Jun-ho briefly stepped out to the car. He felt an overwhelming fatigue as if his body would break apart. Park Soo-hong confessed, “Honestly, after Eun-woo and Jung-woo left, I felt sick. I got to know the world of boys,” eliciting laughter from everyone.
