BLACKPINK's Jisoo transforms into high school student 'Lee Ji-hye' in the action movie 'All-knowing Reader's Point of View', embarking on a new acting challenge.

Jisoo's character 'Lee Ji-hye' is a high school student who follows the main character 'Yoo Joong-hyuk' like a mentor, characterized by quick situational judgment and a strong personality. Jisoo introduced her character as 'someone who can navigate continuously changing situations well and quickly grasp reality,' and added, 'I had many scenes filmed alone, but I thought it was an opportunity to better portray my character.'

Having gradually established her presence as an actress through the drama 'Snow Drop' and the film 'Dr. Cheon’s Exorcism Lab: The Secret of the Snowy Landscape', Jisoo is expected to showcase a powerful and different side from her previously established image in this work. The production team also expressed their anticipation, stating, 'Jisoo's focused acting and the meeting with the character Lee Ji-hye will leave a strong impression in the film.'

In the released stills, Jisoo, despite being nearly 30 years old, vividly expresses a high school student's image without any sense of discomfort, drawing attention.

Meanwhile, 'All-knowing Reader's Point of View' is a fantasy action blockbuster set in a worldview where the world of a novel becomes reality, featuring 'Kim Reader', the only reader, who survives alongside the novel's protagonist and companions. It has also garnered attention for its impressive cast, including Ahn Hyo-seop, Lee Min-ho, Chae Soo-bin, Shin Seung-ho, Nana, and Kwon Eun-sung, and is set to be released in theaters nationwide in July.
