The greed of broadcaster Kim Dae-ho elicits laughter in 'Save Me! Holmes.'
The MBC entertainment show 'Save Me! Holmes' (abbreviated as 'Holmes') airing today (12th) will be a special 300th episode. Consequently, a group’s lodging site visit to Gyeongju will be broadcasted.
This episode is the third part of the ‘Holmes’ 300th special, depicting how the ‘Holmes’ coordinators set out for a group lodging site visit to Gyeongju for the 300th episode. The coordinators were divided into two teams, with Kim Suk, Jang Dong-min, and Kim Dae-ho in one team and Joo Woo-jae and Yang Se-chan in the other.
For the first time in 'Holmes,' Kim Suk and Jang Dong-min set out for a night visit as a duo and arrive at Gampo Port, located at the outskirts of Gyeongju. Kim Suk introduces, “Gampo Port is the largest port in Gyeongju with a history of 100 years, and it is also famous as a coastal drive route.”
The place the two are visiting at night is a motel that has been vacant for two years, and they are given a mission to check the number of rooms and bathrooms as well as the type of wallpaper. The production team hands the two a lantern and equips them with bidirectional cameras on their chests to make them even more nervous.
Upon entering, the two discover coins and salt on the floor. When Jang Dong-min tries to pick up the coins, Kim Suk warns, “Don’t pick it up! It could be ‘payment for the dead!’ This is a story from ‘Midnight Horror Story.’” Throughout the visit, a scared Kim Suk holds tightly onto Jang Dong-min’s hand, eventually confessing, “After this night visit, Dong-min and I have become close friends.”
Park Na-rae, Kim Dae-ho, Yang Se-hyung, and Yang Se-chan set off for a sunrise visit at 5 a.m. Park Na-rae, who saw Kim Dae-ho getting into the car without showering, remarks, “There was a constant smell of dog food from the seat next to me.” Yang Se-hyung also apologizes, saying, “I’m sorry, Na-rae. I thought it was the smell coming from you,” bringing laughter.
The location for the four is a temple known for its stunning sunrise, located about 28 minutes from Bulguksa. While exploring the Daeowoongjeon and various Buddha halls that embrace both the sea and mountains, they discover a pond inside the temple. Upon seeing this, Kim Dae-ho states, “Let’s buy the temple, and instead of using it as a temple, let’s release trout into the pond and turn it into a sashimi restaurant.”
Even Park Na-rae points out, “That’s greedy. It’s irreverent,” causing laughter. Furthermore, Park Na-rae, who lives in a 5.5 billion won standalone dwelling in the heart of Seoul, anticipates that Kim Dae-ho’s fearless comments after becoming a freelancer will continue to spark the chemistry among the coordinators on 'Holmes.' It airs tonight at 10.
