Kim Se-eui, representative of the Garosero Research Institute, and actor Kim Soo-hyun are attracting attention due to a series of successive provisional seizure actions.

On the 11th, it was revealed that the Seoul Central District Court had accepted a provisional seizure application on the 9th for properties under Kim Se-eui's name: an APT. in Seocho-gu, Seoul, specifically the Byucksan Blooming, measuring 120.27 square meters, and an APT. in Apgujeong-dong, Gangnam-gu, measuring 208.65 square meters. The creditor is Kim Soo-hyun's agency, Gold Medalist.

The market prices of the APT.s in question are reported to be 2.5 billion won for the Byucksan Blooming, and the recent transaction price for the Han Yang 4th is 8.87 billion won. However, the APT. in Han Yang 4th is co-owned by Kim Se-eui and his biological sister, so only the corresponding equity share of Kim Se-eui is subject to provisional seizure. The claim amount is 2 billion won for each APT., totaling 4 billion won. However, due to existing collateral loans, it is predicted that Gold Medalist will find it difficult to collect the entire claimed amount.

In addition, Kim Soo-hyun's side has also applied for a provisional seizure on the Garosero Research Institute's donation account. In relation to this, a representative from Kim Soo-hyun's legal team, LKB & Partners, stated to OSEN, "There are several provisional seizure cases, of which the donation account for Gaseyeon was seized first on May 20. This account seizure involves both actor Kim Soo-hyun and his agency, Gold Medalist, as co-creditors. Furthermore, the home of representative Kim Se-eui was provisionally seized on June 9, with Gold Medalist being the creditor."

Meanwhile, there are reports that Kim Soo-hyun has also been subjected to real estate provisional seizure actions. Women's magazine Woman Sense announced on the 20th of last month that the Seoul Eastern District Court approved a provisional seizure application for Kim Soo-hyun filed by CLASSYS.

According to reports, the claim amount from CLASSYS is 3 billion won, and it is said that a provisional seizure has been decided for an APT. named Galleria Foret located in Seongsu-dong, Seongdong-gu, Seoul. The recent asking price for the APT. has reached 13.5 billion won. However, regarding this, a representative from Kim Soo-hyun's side stated, "We are currently verifying the specific facts," indicating a reserved stance.

Kim Soo-hyun is currently engaged in legal disputes with the Garosero Research Institute, as well as with the family of the late actor Kim Sae-ron. In March, the Garosero Research Institute, using the words of Kim Sae-ron's family, criticized Kim Soo-hyun for having inappropriate meetings with her since the time she was a minor, and accused Gold Medalist of financially pressuring Kim Sae-ron.

However, Kim Soo-hyun denied the allegations of dating a minor, claiming that he was in a relationship with the deceased from the summer of 2019, after she became an adult, until the fall of 2020. Additionally, Gold Medalist's side also refuted related allegations, stating that the penalty for Kim Sae-ron's drunk driving controversy had been recorded as a loss, and that sending a content certification was merely a procedural matter.

However, the Garosero Research Institute is continuing to wage a public opinion battle by disseminating past photos of the deceased and holding press conferences. In this process, it has also been revealed that some of the transcripts presented by Gaseyeon as evidence were fabricated using artificial intelligence, and that photographs claimed to have been taken during the deceased's minor years were actually taken after she became an adult in 2019, causing shock.

In response, Kim Soo-hyun and Gold Medalist have filed complaints against Kim Se-eui of the Garosero Research Institute and the family of Kim Sae-ron for violations of the Sexual Violence Punishment Act and defamation under the Information and Communications Network Act. They have also filed a damage compensation lawsuit amounting to 12 billion won.
