Kim Il-woo confessed his feelings for Park Sun-young, which began 30 years ago.

In the 167th episode of Channel A's "Current Male Life - Groom Class (hereafter referred to as 'Groom Class')" broadcast on the 11th, Kim Il-woo held a 'family gathering' where he introduced Park Sun-young to Lee Seung-chul, the 'principal,' and Moon Se-yoon, the 'entertainment department head,' where they were depicted as opening up their true feelings during a golf round and a social gathering afterward.

After a pleasant round of golf that day, the four gathered at a restaurant for a social gathering, during which Kim Il-woo mentioned his first meeting with Park Sun-young 30 years ago. He recalled, "Sun-young doesn’t remember, but there was a publicity film from the Ministry of National Defense back in the day. It featured a scene of us putting at a golf course. Sun-young was there at that time."

He added, "The reason I remember is that I told my manager, 'I think Ms. Park Sun-young is quite charming.' I thought she was okay. I asked if I could get Ms. Park Sun-young's personal phone number. The manager said at the time, 'I don't know the personal number, but I can give you the manager's number.' I thought that was a bit much, and then things just faded away."

He also noted, "Later, I did a drama in '93. At that time, jazz singer Yoon Hee-jung appeared and sang the theme song, and Sun-young came with her. That was our second meeting."

In particular, Kim Il-woo confessed, "Sun-young's charm is more boyish and aloof than feminine."

Kim Il-woo said, "After that, time passed, and we met again on a variety show 10 years ago. When we met, Sun-young didn’t know. I had those old memories, right? I went to the filming site, and Sun-young called me 'oppa' while applying sunscreen on me. I wondered, 'Does Sun-young have feelings for me?'" He laughed, adding, "But later, I saw her applying it to other oppas as well."
