The group SEVENTEEN (S.Coups, Jeonghan, Joshua, Jun, Hoshi, Wonwoo, Woozi, THE 8, Mingyu, Dokyeom, Seungkwan, Vernon, Dino) has dominated the top tier of the U.S. Billboard album chart.
According to the latest chart announced by Billboard on the 10th (local time) (as of June 14), SEVENTEEN's fifth studio album 'HAPPY BURSTDAY' has reached the second spot on the main album chart 'Billboard 200.' This matches the record set by their tenth mini album 'FML' and eleventh mini album 'SEVENTEENTH HEAVEN.'
In addition to this, the album swept the top spot on three charts: 'Top Album Sales,' 'Top Current Album Sales,' and 'World Albums.' Especially in 'Top Album Sales,' they achieved their seventh No. 1, demonstrating their presence as a global top-tier artist.
The title track 'THUNDER' has also made its way up the major Billboard song charts. This song ranked 14th and 41st on 'Global (excluding the U.S.)' and 'Global 200,' respectively. It secured 8th place on the 'World Digital Song Sales' chart. Thanks to the balanced popularity of both album and digital tracks, SEVENTEEN ranked 4th on the 'Artist 100.'
Meanwhile, SEVENTEEN will unveil the music video for their new song 'Bad Influence (Prod. by Pharrell Williams),' a collaboration with global artist and producer Pharrell Williams, on their official team SNS and YouTube channel today (11th).
