Child trot singer Hwang Min-ho revealed his special connection with Kim Soo-chan on 'The Return of Superman.'
In the episode aired on the 11th of KBS2TV's entertainment program 'The Return of Superman' (hereafter referred to as 'Superman Returns'), Hwang Min-ho was depicted taking the stage alone at KBS1TV's 'Morning Garden' Challenge Dream Stage. Normally, Hwang Min-ho would perform on stage with his older brother Hwang Min-woo, but he faced the challenge of performing solo on a live broadcast stage.
Hwang Min-ho, perhaps feeling somewhat nervous, tightly pressed his lips together. Kim Soo-chan, the original 'Salim-nam' and trot singer, appeared in the waiting room wearing a polite outfit. Kim Soo-chan noted, "I always tell my juniors not to mention that I give them allowances on air, so they never do." He added, "Min-ho, you've become someone! I hope you win today, and even if I don’t send you allowance, you’ll be prosperous," which made the nervous Hwang Min-ho smile.
