It added, 'We expect the restoration to take a day or two in sequence, and we are doing our best to restore it by mobilizing all possible methods. We are preparing compensation plans for customers who have experienced inconvenience, and we will be able to provide detailed compensation plans by category in future announcements and individual notifications.'
It also said, 'Once again, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused, and YES24 will thoroughly check its overall security system to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future and will strengthen preventive measures.'
