Girls' Generation's Seohyun showcased bold acting as a character in 'The First Night With the Duke'.
In the KBS2 new Wednesday-Thursday drama 'The First Night With the Duke' (script by Jeon Seon-young, directed by Lee Woong-hee and Kang Soo-yeon, planned and produced by StudioN and Monster Union, hereinafter referred to as 'The First Night With the Duke'), K (played by Seohyun) was depicted as suddenly being possessed by the body of a secondary character in her favorite web novel 'The Tyrant's Obsession'.
The secondary character was born in the Joseon Dynasty, but upon realizing that she had appeared as a single line in her favorite novel as a noblewoman, she reveled in the differences from reality. She was also satisfied to see the intricate relationships of the four main and supporting characters—Jo Eun-ae (played by Kwon Han-sol), Jeong Su-gyeom (played by Seo Beom-jun), Do Hwa-seon (played by Ji Hye-won), and Gyeong Seon-gun (played by Ok Taecyeon) in the novel.
However, as Jo Eun-ae's struggles continued, the secondary character attracted attention by showing them the modern drink 'bomb shot' for a change of atmosphere. Despite her beautiful face and elegant appearance, she charmed the town with a cheerful wink and a clear voice while presenting various bomb shots.
