In the 26th season of 'I am SOLO', Gwang-soo's feelings for Hyun-sook grew stronger.
On the broadcast on the 11th, a 'love competition' between Gwang-soo and Young-sik surrounding the 26th season’s Hyun-sook unfolded on ENA and SBS Plus' 'I am SOLO.'
During that day's group date, Gwang-soo, who was overshadowed by Young-sik, showcased his thoughtfulness by buying the ice cream that Hyun-sook had casually mentioned wanting during a one-on-one conversation with her. Hyun-sook responded, "Gwang-soo, you really have a unique sense. I feel it every time."
Gwang-soo expressed, "I felt really good after talking with you in the morning. It's a little different from before; just a word can make me feel 'this good.' I’m grateful that being here has given me that feeling. If time is short, we can still meet outside, so don’t be afraid and I hope you can gradually open your heart."
In a subsequent interview, Gwang-soo shared, "My feelings are gradually increasing. Honestly, I think I have the upper hand compared to Young-sik. When there are two people, don't we tend to make eye contact with the person we are interested in? That's what I felt." Even so, he added, "I don't want to win Hyun-sook's heart; I respect her feelings. If Hyun-sook chooses Young-sik instead of me, I will accept it."
However, Hyun-sook mentioned about Gwang-soo, "He is a good man, but do I like him as more than a friend? That's something I need to think about separately," and revealed that her feelings for Young-sik had actually increased. She also mentioned three people she likes: Young-ho, Gwang-soo, and Young-sik, drawing attention.
