BTS members RM and V are returning to their fans after completing their defense duties.
Today (10th), BTS RM and V will be discharged in a location in Gangwon Province.
Previously, RM and V enlisted in active duty in the Army in December 2023. After that, RM served in the Army's 15th Infantry Division as part of the military band, while V completed his military service with the Army's 802nd Military Police Battalion of the 2nd Corps.
Since they are both being discharged on the same day, RM and V also mentioned their reflections on their discharge via social media. First, RM posted a photo along with the message, "I am being discharged. The end," on his personal social media on the 9th. In the posted photo, RM showcased a relaxed pose through life four cuts. He perfectly donned a beret and military uniform, saluting by placing his hand on his forehead, stretching his arms wide while smiling, and giving a strong glare at the camera.
Meanwhile, V attracted attention with his daily life, including film director Park Chan-wook and actor Song Kang. In a photo with director Park Chan-wook sitting across from him, he sparked anticipation for his future endeavors in film. In another daily life update, V enjoyed exercising with Song Kang and added, "Take care" to Song Kang, who is still in the military, bringing laughter.
BTS is raising expectations for a full group comeback with the discharge of RM and V, following Jin and J-Hope, who started their military service earlier and were discharged. After RM and V, Jungkook and Jimin are also set to be discharged on the same day, the 11th. Furthermore, when Suga, who served as a social service agent, is discharged on the 21st, all BTS members will complete their 'military hiatus.'
In accordance with this, the '2025 BTS Festa' is set to be held on the 13th, marking BTS's 12th debut anniversary. An offline event is scheduled for the 13th and 14th at KINTEX 2nd Exhibition Hall in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province, raising hopes about seeing BTS members. Additionally, attention is focused on their full group comeback.
