The band QWER has topped the music charts upon their comeback.

QWER (Chodan, Magenta, Hina, Siyun) released their mini album 'I Am on Your Side, Even If the Whole World Is Out of Tune' on the 9th, and the title track 'Holding Back Tears' reached No. 1 on the major domestic music site Bugs TOP 100 as of 9 a.m. on the 10th.

Moreover, 'Holding Back Tears' is currently ranked 35th on the Melon TOP 100, 9th on the HOT 100 (as of 30 days post-release), and 14th on GENIE MUSIC TOP 200. Notably, the album showcased the strength of having all tracks enter the Melon HOT 100.

In addition, alongside their comeback, the previous album's title tracks 'Addicted to Worry' and 'My Name is Clear' also rose in the rankings, recording a resurgence that highlighted QWER's immense popularity.

Fans who listened to QWER's new album noted, "It seems like QWER has found its own color and identity as a band," "The album's composition, which includes the members' narratives, stood out," "They grow with each album," "It feels like the genre is genuinely QWER now," and "They are a band that sings about youth."

The mini album 'I Am on Your Side, Even If the Whole World Is Out of Tune' completes the first page of the growth narrative that QWER has built up, with all members participating in the song creation, adding meaning. QWER succeeded in a consecutive run of hits with 'Discord', 'Addicted to Worry', 'My Name is Clear', and 'Holding Back Tears', once again imprinting their presence as a favorite girl band.
