The 160 participants of ‘BOYS II PLANET,’ which heralds the birth of the next-generation K-POP icons, have finally revealed themselves.

The world-scale debut project from Mnet, ‘BOYS II PLANET’ (directed by Kim Shin-young, Jung Woo-young, and Ko Jeong-kyung), has finally introduced the 160 boys through the global K-POP content platform ‘Mnet Plus,’ and has officially started the first mission of star creators, ‘Blind Pick,’ from 10 a.m. today (9th). Additionally, it has ignited anticipation by announcing the global showcase for the signal song of ‘BOYS II PLANET,’ which will be revealed for the first time in the world on the 12th (Thursday).

‘Blind Pick’ is the first gateway to confirm the potential of the next-generation global idols with both talent and visuals, allowing a look at all 160 participants, regardless of K-C planet division. It will be conducted for only 48 hours from 10 a.m. on June 9th (Monday) to 10 a.m. on June 11th (Wednesday), and anyone can participate through the global K-POP content platform ‘Mnet Plus.’

Meanwhile, the 160 participants will present a stage for the signal song of ‘BOYS II PLANET,’ 'Hola (HOLA SOLAR),' through a showcase that will be broadcast live globally. They plan to properly showcase the K-POP world scale, filled with the heightened passion amid this intensified journey. The ‘Global Signal Song Showcase’, where viewers can catch a glimpse of participants' endless charms, will be available worldwide on the official YouTube, TikTok, and ‘Mnet Plus’ on the 12th (Thursday) at 6 p.m.

The production team of ‘BOYS II PLANET’ noted, “The 160 boys have begun a meaningful first step as they are revealed to K-POP fans worldwide for the first time,” and added, “Please look forward to the global signal song showcase, featuring the first stage of the signal song ‘Hola (HOLA SOLAR),’ which is a powerful signal for a new beginning.”

Meanwhile, Mnet's ‘BOYS II PLANET,’ which aims to shake the global K-POP landscape, is scheduled to premiere ‘BOYS 2 PLANET K’ on July 17th (Thursday) and ‘BOYS 2 PLANET C’ on July 18th (Friday).
