The group ASTRO (ASTRO, belonging to Fantagio) successfully completed their fourth solo concert in three years, proving their strong synergy.
ASTRO held their fourth solo concert 'The 4th ASTROAD [Stargraphy]' at Incheon Inspire Arena on July 7 and 8.
On that day, ASTRO introduced the concert title 'Stargraphy,' which contains the meaning of creating and recording brilliant moments with their fans, known as Aroha, and greeted the fans who filled the venue. Before the full performance began, the members expressed, "We wanted to share memories with everyone who remembers and is together with ASTRO. We hope you enjoy together with us."
Descending from the stage apparatus, ASTRO heralded the start of a spectacular stage with 'I Should Have Caught You,' 'Knock,' and 'It’s You.' They showcased a diverse performance that encompassed their unique refreshing team color and sexy performances. Especially, with every song in the setlist newly arranged in a band version, both long-awaited fans and new audience members were satisfied.
In the performances of 'Moonwalk' and 'ONE,' ASTRO flaunted their unique sexy charm, heating up the venue. The stage of 'MORE,' which was disclosed for the first time during this performance, enhanced ASTRO's charm even further with its lighting production and props like eye masks.
The setlist that encompassed ASTRO's past activities, including 'Hide and Seek,' 'Breathless,' 'You Came,' 'All Night,' and 'Candy Sugar Pop,' which received great love as the title track of their third album, drew enthusiastic responses. Additionally, ASTRO performed 'Confession' and 'Baby' while dressed in school uniforms, and fans responded with cheers and sing-alongs, sharing the emotional moment.
A section was also arranged where all six members of ASTRO reminisced. Moonbin's first penned song, 'Footprint,' which carries ASTRO's journey, along with 'We Still,' featuring the voices of the members and Moonbin, and 'Fly,' which Jinjin worked on with Moonbin, were performed live, providing a deep resonance. In response, ASTRO added, "We thought a lot about how to convey our sincerity, and prepared hard, recalling moments that Bin would want to see."
ASTRO also premiered the live versions of 'Circles' and 'Twilight,' special singles released last year and this year coinciding with their debut anniversary, and ended the concert with the encore songs 'Like the Stars in the Night Sky,' 'You & Me (Thanks AROHA),' and 'Let’s Shout,' gifting unforgettable moments until the end.
Finally, ASTRO remarked, "I was happy to meet Arohas in a large venue after a long time holding an ASTRO concert. I hope you take in each moment, and create unforgettable memories. I am very grateful to the members, and this concert was prepared with the thought that it would be done by the six of us. I hope that you were satisfied with the concert as we worked hard on it. Thank you sincerely."
Particularly, this concert captured the attention with its glamorous stage production. The bridge of 'Stargraphy' leading to an extended stage and various lifts including rotating protruding lifts, along with massive LED screens and lights, perfectly blended the stage production with ASTRO's performance, revitalizing the venue and providing an even more polished concert experience for the audience.
Having sold out all seats for their fourth solo concert held after three years successfully, ASTRO is set to perform in Fukuoka PayPay Dome in Japan on the 28th and 29th. After the Japan concert, the members will continue their individual activities actively.
