The group ILLIT unveiled the first concept photo of its new album, highlighting its unexpected charm and raising anticipation for the comeback.

ILLIT (Yoona, Minju, Mocha, Wonhee, Iroha) released the concept photo of the mini album 'bomb' in the 'GLLIT' version on the group's official SNS on the 8th.

The 'GLLIT' version is a special concept prepared for GLLIT (the fandom name), and ILLIT caught attention with a tomboy style different from its existing image. The members are seen with their faces closely huddled on a screen, exuding an unexpected yet carefree atmosphere. The individual cuts, featuring close-ups of the members' faces from various angles or their personality highlighted with items like glasses or hats, radiate stylish charm. Fans are responding enthusiastically to ILLIT's chic yet boyish concept.

In addition, a 'merch version album' featuring in-ear earphones to enjoy the mini album 'bomb' even more immersively has become a hot topic. According to the pack shot of 'bomb (Merch ver.)' released today (9th), this album contains various components, including in-ear earphones, a CD, photo cards, parts stickers, and lyrics.

The in-ear earphones particularly catch the eye. The transparent wired earphones can be decorated to taste using the parts stickers, and they are also usable in real life. With trendy sensibility and practicality in mind, they are expected to be an item that meets fans' preferences.

Billif Lab noted, 'The in-ear earphones merch serves as a consolidation that emotionally connects the artist and fans,' adding, 'It offers moments of interaction that bring people closer through music, akin to sharing wired earphones with friends.'

Ahead of the comeback, ILLIT held '2025 ILLIT GLITTER DAY IN SEOUL' over two days on the 7th and 8th at Olympic Hall in Olympic Park, Songpa District, Seoul, spending meaningful time with fans. They drew attention by debuting the stage of the mini album track 'little monster' at the fan concert.

The mini album 'bomb', set to be released on the 16th, tells the story of ILLIT expanding its world with its attitude through interaction with 'you.' Following the 'GLLIT' version, ILLIT will reveal concept photos for the 'PINK BOMB,' 'STAR BOMB,' and 'MAGIC BOMB' versions on the 9th to 12th. Following that, two teasers for the title track 'Borrowed Cat (Do the Dance)' music video will be released sequentially on the 13th and 15th.
