Actress Sagang honestly confessed that she is going through a health crisis that is hard to imagine, evoking sympathy.

Sagang recently opened up cautiously about the surgery she went through in the past and her struggle with illness in a recently aired entertainment program, TV Chosun's 'Solo Road.'

When fellow actress Hwang Jung-eum, who was also appearing on the show, asked, "How is your health?" Sagang quietly began her statement by awkwardly smiling and saying, "I had surgery earlier this year."

Sagang recalled feeling unusual symptoms at that time, saying, "There was something like abnormal bleeding even though it wasn't that day." After visiting the hospital, she explained, "It wasn't cancer, but a major hospital recommended further tests. They said it would be a big problem if I just left it, so I immediately scheduled surgery."

However, on the day she headed to the hospital, Sagang experienced pain to the point where she could hardly control her body. The results confirmed later were shocking. The medical staff explained, "There was about a 7 cm organ rupture, and it was sweeping through the internal organs," and everyone couldn't hide their astonishment. The situation was much more dangerous than expected. Fortunately, the surgery was successfully completed, and Sagang is still dedicated to her recovery.

After the surgery, another fight awaited her: hormone therapy. Sagang said, "It's a drug that forces menopause. It's literally experiencing menopause artificially," and cautiously added, "It's been about two weeks since I started taking the medication, and so far, I'm okay."

Sagang, who once revealed through her social media that "the medication was scarier than the surgery," endured pain that felt like her body was breaking down while undergoing surgery, and is now entering the third month of taking the hormone treatment drug 'Bijan.' She has not experienced the feared weight gain or menopausal symptoms as side effects, and conveyed a heartfelt message that she wants to give courage to women going through similar situations.

With a sincere confession and a brave attitude, Sagang revealed her recovery journey. Her heartfelt story provides deep comfort and courage to many who are currently struggling with health issues.
