The SBS youth drama 'Spring of Youth' features Ha Yoo-jun, Cha Cheong-hwa, and Kim Seon-min, who visit a camera specialty store, signaling the full-fledged activities of ‘Tusa-gye’ equipped with ‘gear legs’.
'Spring of Youth' (written by Kim Min-cheol, directed by Kim Seong-yong, produced by Studio S Co., Ltd., FNC Entertainment Co., Ltd., FNC Story Co., Ltd., Monster Union Co., Ltd.) tells the story of the K-pop superstar group ‘Sakye,’ who is expelled from the team and finds a twist of fate meeting 'Kim Bom' during their college life. This youth music romance showcases leading performances from Ha Yoo-jun, Park Ji-hoo, and Lee Seung-hyup, alongside vibrant supporting actors like Cha Cheong-hwa, Seo Hye-won, and Kim Seon-min, as they fully immerse in their characters, showcasing the splendor of a 'performance hot spot.'
In the 6th episode, Sakye (Ha Yoo-jun) suggested to Kim Bom (Park Ji-hoo), who is struggling to reveal the plagiarism issue, “Let’s prove it together. Real is definitely different,” proposing to upload a ‘cover song’ to draw attention. Following this, the reassembled ‘Tusa-gye’ uploaded a cover song video, recorded with their faces covered by hats at Kim Bom’s suggestion, pledging to reveal their faces if they exceed 3 million views.
In the upcoming episode of ‘Spring of Youth’ airing on the 11th, Ha Yoo-jun, Cha Cheong-hwa, and Kim Seon-min will showcase the scene of ‘Sakye’s flex,’ drawing public attention. In the show, Sakye visits a camera specialty store with Kim Ja-young (Cha Cheong-hwa) and Gong Jin-goo (Kim Seon-min). With excited expressions, Sakye, Kim Ja-young, and Gong Jin-goo play around with cameras and parts, causing a ruckus that draws the owner’s ire. Ultimately, the three experience the humiliation of being chased out of the store by a disgruntled owner.
However, soon after, Sakye boldly flaunts their style while carrying a suitcase, causing Kim Ja-young and Gong Jin-goo to throw thumbs up and burst into laughter, creating a festive atmosphere. It raises curiosity whether Sakye's extravagant flex will boost their ‘Tusa-gye’ activities, and whether aunt Kim Ja-young will evolve from merely a boarding house aunt to a full-fledged supporter of ‘Tusa-gye.’
Meanwhile, Ha Yoo-jun, Cha Cheong-hwa, and Kim Seon-min created a vibrant scene with their impeccable chemistry, delivering a lively coexistence of expression and humor. The three, resembling each other in mannerisms, smoothly adapted this scene, which required balancing dramatic intensity and provoking curiosity with lively interactions.
The production team noted, “Sakye pours their heart and soul into their ‘Tusa-gye’ activities more than anyone else to help Kim Bom,” adding, “There’s a hidden secret behind this noisy scene. Be sure to check it out in the 7th episode airing on the 11th.”
