Actress Jennifer Garner shows a cautious attitude when it comes to procedures on her face.

On the 6th, according to a report by Page Six, Jennifer Garner (53) shared her beauty routine and offered some advice for those considering plastic surgery and cosmetic changes. She advises not to make hasty decisions.

Jennifer Garner said, 'It would be good to find a great person regarding procedures and proceed carefully.'

She continued, 'I don't do much plastic surgery and Botox doesn't work well for me. So, I often grow out my bangs. My forehead occupies a huge part of my face. It feels like I have five heads.'

Garner mentioned that she asked doctors about undergoing plastic surgery, but they always declined.

As a mother of three, Garner said exercising with young and healthy people helps maintain youth, and thanks to consistently applying sunscreen in her 20s, she still maintains a great appearance in her 50s. Garner emphasized that she actually has no desire to look younger.

Garner said, 'I want to live to 100. I don't hope to look the same as I do now when I'm 100. I want to cherish every moment of being 100 and spend those moments happily.'

Having previously warned fans to be careful when using injectables, Garner responded to a question about what advice she would give her two children, 19-year-old Violet and 16-year-old Seraphina, with her ex-husband Ben Affleck, saying, 'My advice is to look in the mirror less and be careful when injecting something into your face.'

She advised, 'Really think very carefully and wait as long as you can before adding something,' adding, 'Don't think that just because you're 37, you need to get injections in your face.' Finally, she said, 'Take good care of yourself, but don't be afraid. Aging is a gift.'
