Omniscient Interfering View aired, revealing the extraordinary daily life of world-class beatboxer Wing and the "cooking maniac" chef Yoon Nam-no, coloring Saturday night with dopamine.
On the 7th (yesterday), the 350th episode of the MBC entertainment program Omniscient Interfering View (planned by Kang Young-sun / directed by Kim Yoon-jip, Jeon Jae-wook, Lee Kyung-soon, Kim Hae-ni, Jung Dong-sik, Lee Da-un / written by Yeo Hyun-jeon / hereafter 'Omniscient Interfering View') featured not only world-class beatboxer Wing but also the full lineup of the beatbox crew "Beat Pella House," along with the talk of the town, the entertainment show "Culinary Class Wars" and chef Yoon Nam-no's flavorful day.
During the broadcast, Wing, who became the main character that rose to first place in the "popular rising videos" after appearing on Omniscient Interfering View, revealed his changed recent situation as a beatboxer gaining explosive popularity. Wing's manager, Park Jun-hyun, noted that he is currently receiving countless offers for 100 advertisements and an astonishing 270 performances.
Wing, who greeted manager Park Jun-hyun warmly at the office, conducted individual beatbox lessons. Wing, who trains various students, including programmers, physiotherapists, and pastors, stated, "I must share what I learned and felt with other beatboxers so that beatboxing in Korea can grow further," explaining the reason he is active as a top instructor.
Shortly thereafter, the full lineup of Beat Pella House, where Wing is a leader, appeared making various sounds, capturing everyone's attention. True to their title as world champion beatboxers, they skillfully built beats with fantastic synergy and even attempted a karaoke version of the popular song "Dopamine." Wing, the original artist, successfully timed the first set of "Dopamine" lyrics perfectly but missed the timing on the second set, earning playful teasing from the members. The colorful gathering of five world-class beatboxers filled the atmosphere with excitement. Particularly, Wing captured attention by revealing stories after performing at the GD Tokyo Dome concert following Seoul.
Meanwhile, the busking scene of the world champion crew Beat Pella House, including Wing, His, Yellai, Hellcat, and Huckle, was unveiled. They demonstrated perfect beatbox harmony in front of 600 fans, covering everything from K-POP to a Beat Pella House medley. Their performance, filling the stage with only their mouths and microphones, turned the scene upside down, leaving everyone thrilled.
Next, the mouth-watering daily life of chef Yoon Nam-no, "the cooking maniac," continued. Promoting Australian beef, Yoon Nam-no participated in a "tasting event for Australian beef" alongside junior chef Kim Tae-yeop. Additionally, Yoon Nam-no's older brother and nephew attended the event to receive some cooking tips, attracting attention. Yoon Nam-no showcased his skills as a chef by not only grilling beef but also generously sharing tips on how to enjoy it deliciously, such as with nuruk salt and wasabi oil.
Successfully finishing the event, Yoon Nam-no headed to his long-standing favorite restaurant, a Pyongyang cold noodle shop, revealing his persona as a pro solo diner. Ordering a well-rounded meal from bulgogi to Pyongyang cold noodles, he showcased the essence of eating alone with a delectable combination.
Meanwhile, after finishing work, Yoon Nam-no opened "Nam-no’s omakase" for his close friend Lee Joon, with whom he built a friendship through their shared appearance on the show. He prepared a single-table restaurant exclusively for Lee Joon, who is currently on a weight loss journey ahead of a musical. Yoon Nam-no treated Lee Joon to special menu items such as aged raw fish, scallop sashimi, and sukiyaki, and the culinary parade filled with chef Yoon's dedication was more than enough to stimulate viewers' appetites. Known for his "big mouth," Lee Joon left an enthusiastic remark, saying, "I think what you made is the most delicious in my 38 years of life," and the duo's delightful synergy spread positive energy over the weekend night.
Next week's broadcast will portray the warm daily life of BTS member J-Hope, who has captivated the entire world. Additionally, exclusive footage from J-Hope's world tour concert in Bangkok, filled with fans' enthusiastic cheers, and behind-the-scenes stories will be revealed for the first time on public broadcasting.
Furthermore, anticipation is building as the rehearsal scene of MBC's 21st presidential election broadcast "Election 2025," which achieved overwhelmingly high viewership ratings, will be vividly captured alongside the behind-the-scenes tension of the night before the election, featuring anchors Kim Soo-ji and Jo Hyun-yong preparing for it.
