'5th generation icon' ZEROBASEONE has dominated the Japanese archipelago once again.

According to the settlement of account released by Billboard Japan on Dec. 6, 2025, ZEROBASEONE (Sung Hanbin, Kim Jiwoong, Zhang Hao, Seok Matthew, Kim Taerae, Ricky, Kim Gyubin, Park Geonwook, Han Yujin) ranked 4th in 'Top Album Sales' with their Japanese EP 1st album 'PREZENT' (counting period Nov. 25, 2024~May 25, 2025).

In particular, the fact that ZEROBASEONE is the only K-pop group without Japanese members to rank high on the chart makes this achievement even more noteworthy.

ZEROBASEONE has set a record for its highest sales figures upon the release of their Japanese EP 1st album 'PREZENT', and ranked 1st in both the Oricon weekly album ranking and the weekly accumulated album ranking, sparking a 'ZB1 craze' in the archipelago.

'PREZENT' is an album akin to a gift from ZEROBASEONE to their fans, known as 'ZEROS,' who continuously provide unwavering love and support, featuring 4 original Japanese songs and 2 Korean songs rearranged. The album has received acclaim for blending ZEROBASEONE's broad musical spectrum across different genres.

With such a syndrome-level popularity in Japan, ZEROBASEONE made their first entry into the U.S. Billboard main chart, 'Billboard 200,' at 28th place with their mini 5th album 'BLUE PARADISE,' setting a new high ranking among 5th generation K-pop groups. They have been maintaining their upward trajectory, staying on 3 Billboard charts for 8 weeks and continuing to grow. ZEROBASEONE's activities, as they write their impactful presence in the two major music markets of the U.S. and Japan, draw attention.
