Yang Jun-hyuk said, "It seems that Deputy Director Lee Young-pyo enjoys the painful parts," causing laughter among those around him. Coach Go Han-min mentioned earlier that he did a 20 km trail run with his wife. Coach Go Han-min said, "There is joy in challenging various terrains."
The training on that day was mountain relay training. The participants were divided into three teams, including the management, to hold a relay race. The course involved going down 250 meters and returning back up. The MVP badge will be awarded to the first-place team. The team leaders were Bang Eung-hee, Heo Jae, and Yang Jun-hyuk, completing the three teams.
Meanwhile, on that day, Jeong Ho-young made a significant announcement declaring his departure. Jeong Ho-young said, "There aren’t many staff members, so I think I can only stay until today," adding, "I had so much fun with the crew, but I think I will lose my staff.
