Global artist Jennie’s "Ruby" has been recognized as the best album of the year.

On the 5th (local time), the renowned American music magazine Rolling Stone announced on its official website that Jennie's first solo studio album "Ruby" has been selected as one of the "Best Albums of 2025 So Far."

Additionally, the American media Complex also listed Jennie's "Ruby" as one of the best albums of 2025, introducing it by saying, '"Ruby" has opened a new chapter for Jennie. In "Ruby," Jennie was able to freely showcase her various vocal tones.'

Complex further praised, "Tracks like 'like JENNIE' demonstrate the artist's proven performance capabilities with a level of completeness in pop, while ballads like 'twin' showcase her soft and delicate side, proving her vocal prowess. In addition to music, Jennie unveiled seven music videos that stand out for their high production quality and sophisticated visuals for this album."

In particular, Jennie reaffirmed her significant global influence by being the only K-pop artist listed by both Rolling Stone and Complex as part of the "Best Albums of 2025".

"Ruby" is an album featuring a total of 15 tracks across various genres, including the title track "like JENNIE," which Jennie produced herself, capturing her identity and boundless musical potential.
