Actor Jeong Bo-seok shared candidly about middle-aged concerns regarding cosmetic surgery and health with his unfiltered commentary.

The SBS program "Health Chat at Jewel's House," aired on the 2nd, addressed the appearance management and vascular health of middle-aged individuals. The theme discussed that day was "the middle-aged cosmetic surgery craze." Jeong Bo-seok noted, "When I look in the mirror, I remember my younger days and think that I would like to change something," revealing his realistic concerns.

He specifically mentioned, "I couldn’t muster the courage because I was afraid of changing my image, but my friends have had surgery on their eyes and foreheads," introducing trends among his peers. Nowadays, it’s common for children to gift their parents with "filial piety cosmetic surgery." In response, Jeong Bo-seok and Jo Gab-kyung playfully chastised their children by asking, "Are you watching the broadcast?" which drew laughter.

There was also a discussion about whether one would proceed with cosmetic surgery even if their spouse opposed it. Jeong Bo-seok declared, "I’ve been married for 36 years. I want to rebel now because I’ve been in this marriage for so long," adding, "I won’t just stand still anymore if I’m stepped on," which turned the venue into a sea of laughter.

Additionally, a photo of Jeong Bo-seok from his 'prime years' was revealed. In the photo, dressed in a suit from his youth, comedian Jeong Eun-sook admired him, calling him "a symbol of trust," while Jo Gab-kyung complimented, "Your neck is particularly long." In response, Jeong Bo-seok said, "I was sad about my long neck," which elicited more laughter.

In the latter part of the broadcast, "vessels" were highlighted as a key aspect of middle-aged health management. Recently, the international journal "CELL" announced, "The most important organ in our body is the vessels." Therefore, the broadcast focused on the potential for reverse aging through vascular health.

Particularly, the case of Heo Ok-soon, who succeeded in reverse aging after waking up from a comatose state, was shared. Having survived five brushes with death due to a brain hemorrhage, he is currently living a healthier life than anyone else. The secret to his health is the hemp seed oil, referred to as "good oil." The studio couldn’t hide their admiration for his recovery.

The lively chatter, touching stories, and practical health information intertwined in SBS’s "Health Chat at Jewel's House" airs every Monday at 11 a.m.
