Thai singer Minnie from (G)I-DLE has expressed her desire for business.
On 4th, a video titled "What are the results of the Tarot reading for Minnie from the girl group (G)I-DLE?" was posted on the YouTube channel 'Lee Yong-jin YouTube.'
In the released video, Minnie, a member of (G)I-DLE who was once embroiled in rumors of being a Thai conglomerate, appeared and asked, "Since I'm approaching my 30s, I wonder if I can keep doing this job even when I turn 30."
Lee Yong-jin, who conducted the tarot reading, asked, "You can keep doing this, but the field may change. It seems to be a time when things that can be done with personal abilities will emerge. Do you have any thoughts on that?"
In response, Minnie said, "I want to start a business. I've lived in Korea for 10 years, but there aren't many delicious Thai restaurants. I also want to open a Thai restaurant or a bar. There are no bars that serve Thai food."
Later, after drawing more advice cards, Lee Yong-jin remarked, "I feel bad for bringing this up so soon after you've just renewed your contract, but the food service industry would suit you well. It would be great. It seems that doing something you love leads to success."
When asked, "Have you thought of a name for your store?" Minnie responded, "Originally, I only thought of mango sticky rice. But it’s only sold in a few places in Korea. Initially, I wanted to name it 'Minnie’s Mango Sticky Rice.'"
Hearing this, Lee Yong-jin suggested, "You might want to leave the name out of it. It might come off as unappealing, especially since it’s a celebrity venture." He added, "What about 'Is this flavor Minnie’s?' It would be great if you open a restaurant after (G)I-DLE's 11th album."
