AIKI expressed regret after BUMSUP recorded the lowest score in Battle of National Country on ‘World of Street Woman Fighter.’
In the episode aired on the 3rd, the Korean national team BUMSUP placed last in the Battle of National Country, a special round where teams select and challenge opponents they consider the weakest.
On that day, BUMSUP won against the Australian representative AG SQUAD in a revenge match, but in the final results against national representatives, they recorded the lowest score with the most defeats.
In shock from the results, Honey J said, “This is the worst humiliation,” adding, “I really tried hard, but Season 3 is completely different. It’s a bit confusing.” Hyojin Choi noted, “We can’t give up, but I feel deflated,” while AIKI stated, “I started to feel anxious. I realized I was lacking.” LIP J also conveyed, “This is the reality we have to face.”
In particular, AIKI was mocked and disregarded by other crews as a TikToker even before the competition began. As she heard derogatory remarks, the most ‘no respect’ comments among the dancers, her mental state began to crumble.
In an interview, AIKI said, “It is true that I fell apart myself,” adding, “I was really so angry. I felt like I was being denied existence and thought, ‘Did I live in vain?’” Eventually, she shed tears.
