Hollywood actress Blake Lively has taken shocking action in her legal dispute with Justin Baldoni.

On 2nd (local time), foreign media Page Six reported that Blake Lively is trying to withdraw her claim of emotional distress caused by Justin Baldoni during the filming of the movie 'It Ends With Us.'

According to court documents obtained by Page Six, Lively requested to retract her claims of intentional emotional distress and emotional distress due to negligence as a result of Baldoni's improper actions. This action came after Baldoni's legal team requested that she sign a consent form allowing access to Lively's medical and mental health records.

Baldoni's side claimed that the records are essential to the emotional distress that Lively has asserted in the lawsuit. In response, Lively's side stated that they would not comply with the record request and instead notified via attorney's statement that they would retract the claims of 'emotional distress.'

The court is said to be deciding whether to approve Lively's request.

Lively's attorney noted that 'this request is common in litigation procedures, but it is being exploited for media play.' He added, 'We are merely going through the process of streamlining and focusing as we prepare for trial. Baldoni's side seems desperate for media attention.'

Blake Lively claimed that she experienced severe emotional distress, humiliation, contempt, and frustration while filming 'It Ends With Us' with Justin Baldoni. Lively has accused Baldoni of sexual harassment and claimed that he orchestrated a smear campaign to ruin her reputation.

In response, Baldoni has filed a counter lawsuit against Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, seeking $400 million (approximately 540 billion won).
