Singer and actor Park Yu-chun revealed his recent situation after halting his activities in Korea.
On the 2nd, Park Yu-chun posted a photo on his social media without any special comments, along with emojis.
The released photo showed Park Yu-chun looking drastically different. He was taking a selfie in a comfortable outfit of a hat and T-shirt, without any makeup. He looked at the camera, seemingly surprised by something, and opened his eyes playfully.
In particular, Park Yu-chun drew attention with his changed visuals during his break from activities in Korea. He had an unkempt bare face with a beard mark and appeared somewhat chubby. It was a drastically changed look from his former idol and actor appearances.
Park Yu-chun became controversial after being sentenced to 10 months in prison and 2 years of probation in 2019 for drug use with his former fiancée. He claimed his innocence during a press conference concerning drug allegations, declared his retirement, and despite proving the drug use allegations, he continued his activities and faced public criticism.
After the controversy, Park Yu-chun suspended his activities in Korea and has continued his work abroad, including in Japan.
