Actors Lee Dong-wook, Yoon Eun-hye, comedian Kim Shin-young, and author and broadcaster Kwak Jung-eun actively encouraged voting.

Lee Dong-wook discussed voting with fans through the official fan platform Bubble on the 1st. "I did early voting," said Lee Dong-wook, explaining, "I did it right on the first day. Filming on the day of the official vote." This means he participated in early voting early because he had a filming schedule on the day of the official vote.

He expressed his frank thoughts, saying, "And early voting is convenient, and the line is short." In particular, he advised a fan who stated they wouldn't vote because they had no one to vote for, saying, "You all say there’s no one to vote for. I've said it many times, but voting is about preventing the worst." He made a firm statement by saying, "If there’s no best option, choose the next best. And if there’s no next best, choose the least bad to prevent the worst."

Yoon Eun-hye also encouraged voting on the 3rd through her social media, saying, "Everyone, let’s make sure to vote today," while sharing photos of her participation in the voting for the 21st presidential election at a polling station in Nonhyeon-dong, Seoul. Yoon Eun-hye matched a white top with beige pants to thoroughly block any political color controversy and left confirmation photos in front of the polling station to encourage voting.

Kwak Jung-eun also encouraged voting. On the 3rd, he said, "I cannot express how long I have been looking forward to today. There has never been a time when exercising the power of my precious vote was this urgent. There were days in my twenties when I thought it wouldn’t change anything if I didn’t vote, leading me to give up my precious right. Over time, I've come to understand how deep and heavy the meaning contained in this one vote is."

He continued, "Yesterday, my friend said, ‘Honestly, there’s no one I want to vote for. Everyone seems lacking to me.’ Of course, that’s possible. There is always a reason for every judgment I make. My prejudices, the indiscriminately accepted media perspectives, and manipulated information are things from which we may not be completely free."

He said, "However, at least three things are certain. Even if someone cannot vote out of good intentions, at least they can judge who can create a better world and vote accordingly," adding, "Voting should not be for any party or politician but for the common good of our community."

He added, "I may vote for policies that benefit me, but I can also vote with an altruistic heart for those who are in more difficult situations." Lastly, he encouraged by saying, "I woke up at six this morning and voted with this heart. I hope today is a day to exercise the precious authority of my vote filled with respect, contribution, and gifts. Everyone, please make sure to vote."

Byun Jung-soo posted a photo along with a message on her social media on the morning of the 3rd, asking, "Did you vote? Hurry up and wake up to vote." The published photo was a voting confirmation shot of Byun Jung-soo's family. Byun Jung-soo, her husband, and daughter were seen pressing their hands together after getting their voting stamps, confirming their participation in the vote.

Byun Jung-soo also encouraged participation in voting, saying, "It’s not just a day off, so don’t give up out of annoyance." Byun Jung-soo only published a photo of her hand to block any political color controversy.

Comedian Kim Shin-young also encouraged voting on the same day during MBC FM4U radio's "Hope Song at Noon, Kim Shin-young" by saying, "Today is the day of the 21st presidential election, and the right song has come out. I hope the voter turnout increases." She emphasized, "Voting is scarier than guns and knives. Please exercise your precious rights."
