Broadcaster Choi Eun-kyung revealed her own diet recipe.
Recently, on her YouTube channel 'Choi Eun-Kyung's Management Office', she posted a video titled 'How to lose 3 kg for 30,000 won with a quick gain and loss: Simple and easy recipe revealed'.
On that day, Choi Eun-kyung opened up by saying, 'The weather is fluctuating, but the time has come for a diet period that cannot be delayed any longer. My motto is to maintain a healthy diet throughout the year without too much difficulty, but since there are diet and non-diet seasons, now I can no longer hide from it.'
She continued, 'I will try to keep a sustainable diet by recording how I can make my usual meals a bit healthier or by figuring out which seasonings to remove.' She revealed a recipe for losing 3 kg for 30,000 won, saying, 'I will show you the meals I eat throughout the day in a healthy and filling way.'
Choi Eun-kyung explained, 'Weekends are the busiest for me. I prepare what I can eat for a week in advance. To diet, you have to be busy. In our house, we always have a lot of pumpkin, carrot, cabbage, and broccoli ready in steamed form.'
'First, it's important to have it prepared in the refrigerator,' she explained, introducing sliced carrots, shredded cabbage, washed lettuce, steamed broccoli, bananas, boiled eggs, and black soybean milk. With a total cost of less than 30,000 won, Choi Eun-kyung disclosed her breakfast, saying, 'When I wake up in the morning, I have an olive and lemon ginger shot. After returning from my workout, I eat a banana, brown rice konjac rice cake, and black soybean milk.'
For lunch, she cooked and ate cabbage seaweed salad, enoki mushroom tofu egg custard, and buckwheat sushi. As a snack, she attracted attention by cooking gluten-free banana peanut butter brownies herself.
For her last dinner meal, she introduced black soybean milk protein noodle soup. She said, 'Protein is important. I really had a protein-deficient diet. I love bread too much. When it comes to a diet, I believe it's better to have a diet with a lot of protein rather than just eating less.'
