Actress Yoon Eun-hye shared tips for anti-aging.
On the 2nd, a video titled "Why does Yoon Eun-hye still look the same? (p) Preservative beauty Yoon Eun-hye's anti-aging ON/OFF routine" was uploaded on the 'Yoon Eun-hye's EUNHYELOGIN' channel.
That day, Yoon Eun-hye said, "Today, I would like to introduce ways to delay aging ON and OFF. To be honest, I don't really know much about methods to prevent aging either. Let's try to delay that aging, which comes to everyone, a little through our small habits. And I came to share things that worked well for me when I actually did them and some habits I have recently been changing."
First, she revealed how to make low-sugar lemonade. Yoon Eun-hye said, "I originally really liked drinking coffee. But it doesn't help with good sleep at all. Since my stomach wasn't well, I hadn't been able to drink coffee for about 2 weeks recently. It was really great." She advised, "If you really want to drink, have about one cup." She also suggested drinking half a cup or a full cup of apple cider vinegar water or low-sugar vinegar water before and after meals, saying it is good for blood sugar.
Yoon Eun-hye also mentioned, "The second thing that is worst for aging is white rice. It's not good for dieting, and it's an enemy of aging. I don't often eat a lot of rice, but when I want rice, I tend to eat only white rice, which I've heard is really bad. So I would like to introduce some combinations of low-sugar multi-grain rice that are currently trending and are a bit tastier." She revealed her own mix of multi-grain rice, adding, "When I ask to eat low-sodium and healthy side dishes, it feels like dieting, and people get gloomy. Just changing the rice can make you significantly healthier."
Next, Yoon Eun-hye said, "A habit to delay aging is stretching. Simple exercises can help delay aging. I keep a foam roller in my living room." She shared stretching methods, saying, "Personally, I think one of the things that shouldn’t be in the living room is a pillow, blanket, or comforter. The moment those are there, someone eats, watches TV, and falls asleep. Then, while leaning like this or falling asleep like this, wrinkles are formed. Every line that folds deeply creates wrinkles. Once formed, they don’t go away."
Heading to the makeup room, Yoon Eun-hye said, "There are no cotton pads in my bathroom. It's about minimizing processes that could scratch the face. Since I've minimized those steps, my face isn’t in a dry state. At that moment, I provide really good essence to my skin."
Finally, Yoon Eun-hye said, "You need to sleep well. To recover, you must have sweet sleep. If you don’t sleep properly and wake up feeling stiff, even though you slept for 10 hours, it feels like you only slept for 2 or 3 hours. That shouldn’t happen. I think the concept of OFF is like this. I have two pillows right now. There’s also a pillow below. I originally had very bad back problems and had scoliosis in my 20s. I've really liked sleeping with a pillow between my legs. The most shocking thing is that during the 6 to 8 hours I'm sleeping, wrinkles are forming. It’s also better to sleep straight."
She added, "If I have this, I want to sleep sideways, so I completely turn off the fluffy pillow and find a pillow that allows me to sleep straight. Recently, for my neck wrinkles, I've found a pillow with a height that fits me just right. And this is a massage pillow. I think I use it for about 10 to 15 minutes. This way, I faint with this area relaxed so I don't end up sleeping sideways. I think I sleep sideways for about an hour. But previously, I would sleep sideways for about 7 hours, and now it’s about 6 hours straight and 1 hour sideways. So, I've definitely reduced neck wrinkles."
