Jun Hyun-moo and Kim Sung-kyun shared their first impressions of each other.

In the broadcast of MBN's entertainment show 'Jun Hyun-moo's Plan 2' on the 30th, actor Kim Sung-kyun appeared as a 'food friend' during the second part of the trip in Gangwon Province.

Jun Hyun-moo and Kim Sung-kyun showcased their special friendship, stating that they have known each other since 2012. When Kwak Jun-bin asked about their connection, Jun Hyun-moo said, 'It was my last year as a broadcaster. When I was doing 'Man's Qualification,' my brother Kyung-kyu was close with my brother Choi Min-sik, having gone to the same school. At that time, I went to the premiere of 'The Drug King.'

He continued, 'The movie was really fun,' while recalling his strong first impression of Kim Sung-kyun, saying, 'This person came out with a weird hairstyle. It was really scary. It seemed like they really used a gangster, he's definitely not a full actor. I would think he's about halfway there—half gangster. After the premiere, my brother Kyung-kyu suggested having a dinner gathering at a meat restaurant. This guy and I weren't acquainted yet. But he asked me, 'You’ll come, right?' Since the movie's image was so strong, I said 'yes' and attended.'

However, Kim Sung-kyun's memory was different. He said, 'On the day of the premiere, on another day, senior Choi Min-sik invited me to eat, and when we went to a seafood restaurant in Yeouido, there was a very handsome man sitting there. I thought he was a senior actor for real.'

Upon hearing this, Kwak Jun-bin asked, 'Are you sure you didn't see it wrong?' but Kim Sung-kyun explained, 'We drank together and went to karaoke, and afterward, that was probably when hyung said, 'You’ll come, right?''

Then Kwak Jun-bin asked, 'Were you a rookie at that time?' and Kim Sung-kyun replied, 'I was a rookie. That was my first work.' To this, Jun Hyun-moo said, 'I've never seen such a premiere in my life. It was like at the end of a musical or opera, as people clapped along.'
