Cee Ya's Kim Yeon-ji provided an update after her vocal cord surgery.

On the 31st, a video titled "What if a 20-year veteran singer can no longer sing?" was posted on the channel 'Kim Yeon-ji.'

Kim underwent surgery to remove a cyst due to a vocal cord nodular. She shared her recovery status after the surgery, noting that two days post-operation, "Every time I swallow, my throat hurts so much. My shoulders too. Actually, my whole body hurts," expressing her pain.

Kim also revealed her puffy face. She expressed concern, saying, "I can't get used to this. Reduce the swelling!"

A week after the surgery, Kim visited the hospital to check on her progress. She indicated that she felt anxious, struggling to perform simple tasks as she couldn't speak.

Kim expressed her anxieties through subtitles, saying, "Will I be able to make sounds? I felt scared and uncomfortable about making sounds." After receiving good news that the cyst was successfully removed, Kim left the hospital with a brighter expression.

In her fourth week post-surgery, Kim said, "I thought it was no big deal, but now in the fourth week, something feels off and the fear is creeping in. Still, I think I’m doing well to get through this time, taking some alone time to collect my thoughts."
