Pop star Charlie Puth is set to perform at a music festival in Korea.
On the 30th, the organizers of the 'One Universe Festival (OUF 2025)' announced that Charlie Puth has been confirmed as the headliner.
Charlie Puth, a global pop star known for the main OST 'See You Again' from the 'Fast & Furious' series, which ranked No. 1 on Billboard for 12 weeks, will perform as the headliner on the second day of the festival, August 16. This performance is particularly special as it marks Charlie Puth's first domestic festival appearance.
Known for many mega hits loved worldwide, including 'See You Again,' 'Attention,' 'We Don’t Talk Anymore,' and 'Left and Right,' Charlie Puth boasts a strong fan base both domestically and internationally with his captivating melodies and broad musicality. A diverse lineup of global artists will also be announced sequentially.
This year, 'OUF 2025' will present a new theme called 'POP STATION,' with the slogan 'Music along with driving, making everyday life a playlist.' The festival will showcase a unique stage that expands the listening experience from the car to the entire city, inspired by gas stations.
The festival organizer Peaches noted, 'OUF has presented new festival experiences with different concepts every year, and this time we focused on the consolidation of music and driving.' They added, 'You will be able to witness a special scene where the diverse genres blend into an everyday playlist that expands to the festival stage,' explaining, 'Charlie Puth is an artist loved by both street car culture fans and music enthusiasts, which is why we've revealed him first as the headliner of this festival.'
'OUF 2025' aims to provide audiences with a new musical experience that reconfigures everyday life under the message that 'music that starts in the car expands to the city as a stage.' Attention is focused on how this experiment, crossing genres, spaces, and cultures, will create a new trend in Korean festival culture.
