In “Hyel's Club,” actor Park Bo-gum shared his recent update on bulking up for his national representative role in the drama Good Boy.
The content released on the 30th featured Park Bo-gum, Kim So-hyun, and Hye-ri together.
On that day, Park Bo-gum and Kim So-hyun honestly talked about their body management during the filming of Good Boy.
Park Bo-gum noted, “I gained weight for this role. I also did a lot of strength training to increase muscle mass,” adding, “I currently weigh about 75 kg at 182 cm. I used to weigh around 72 kg during my prime,” which drew attention.
Kim So-hyun, who appeared together, remarked, “Bo-gum oppa really eats well. It’s surprising,” and added, “I talked for 40 minutes at the dinner and when I came back, he was still eating,” certifying Park Bo-gum's voracious appetite. Hye-ri laughed and asked, “Are you still eating well?” to which Park Bo-gum responded, “Even now, the bread looks delicious, so I’m holding back,” causing everyone to burst into laughter.
Hye-ri expressed, “When I first met Park Bo-gum 10 years ago, he was in his early 20s, and I thought he was a good eater, but he still is,” and added, “He’s the best eater I’ve seen among the people I know.”
Meanwhile, Good Boy is a youth growth drama set against the backdrop of the Olympics, where Park Bo-gum and Kim So-hyun portray national representative athletes and deliver outstanding performances.
