Completing the output of the audition's best, musician Kang Daniel is making his comeback after 9 months and will appear as a daily detective in "Detectives' Trade Secrets."
On the 29th, the production team of Channel A's "Detectives' Trade Secrets" reported the surprise news that "Kang Daniel participated in the studio recording held today (29th)." Kang Daniel has been meeting fans around the world through a global tour since early this year and is making his long-awaited return on June 16 with his sixth mini-album "Glow to Haze." With the news of his appearance on "Detectives' Trade Secrets," fans are once again thrilled. "I am happy to appear on a program in the mystery genre that I usually enjoy," he noted, raising expectations for how Kang Daniel will perform as a daily detective. His segment will air on the same day as the mini-album release, June 16 (Monday).
The segment featuring Kang Daniel will recreate real cases of detectives in the "Case Notebook," delivering shocking true stories that exceed imagination and providing an intense level of immersion. Another highlight is the "Dopamine Explosion" detective competition, featuring weekly new daily detectives alongside the panel members of "Detectives' Trade Secrets," including Defconn, Yoo In-na, and Kim Poong.
Previously, EXO's Kai chose "Detectives' Trade Secrets" for his first TV entertainment appearance after military service, along with various stars from different fields who have appeared on the show, including NU’EST's Baekho, former soccer player Kim Nam-il, comedian Lee Kyung-sil, rapper MC Gree, musical actor Son Jun-ho, and webtoon artist and YouTuber Junchanman (Lee Mal-nyeon).
Meanwhile, Channel A's lifestyle detective drama "Detectives' Trade Secrets" covers hidden stories of detectives in Korea that have never been revealed before, comparable to Sherlock Holmes and Conan.
