Cha Eun-woo enters military training July 28 after army band selection

Cha Eun-woo has passed the Army military band selection and will enter the training center on July 28.

On the morning of the 29th, Cha Eun-woo's agency, Fantagio, officially announced through the fan cafe, "We would like to express our gratitude to the Aroha fans who always send generous love to ASTK, and we have some updates regarding our artist Cha Eun-woo's enlistment."

They also noted, "Cha Eun-woo, who recently applied for the Army military band, received the final acceptance notice from the Military Manpower Administration today and will enter the training center on July 28 to receive basic military training and fulfill his defense duties in the Army military band."

In addition, Cha Eun-woo's side explained, "To prevent safety accidents due to congestion on the day of enlistment, the location and time of Cha Eun-woo's enlistment will be kept private, and there will be no separate events."

Finally, the agency added, "We ask for your generous support and warm encouragement for Cha Eun-woo, who will faithfully perform his defense duties and return in good health."

Meanwhile, Cha Eun-woo recently made a special appearance in the music video for "Beauty" from IU's released remake album "Flower Bookmark 3" and is currently filming the Netflix series "The Wonderfuls." He plays the role of Lee Woon-jeong, a civil servant with many secrets and no social skills.

Additionally, Cha Eun-woo will participate in ASTK's fourth solo concert "The 4th ASTROAD [Stargraphy]" at Incheon Inspire Arena on June 7 and 8.
