On the first day of early voting for the 21st presidential election, numerous celebrities posted their voting confirmation photos. Among these, a 'sense confirmation shot' that preemptively blocked the recently emerging 'political color controversy' caught attention.
On the 29th, Lee Chae-yeon posted on her social media, "It’s early voting day. You can vote anywhere regardless of your residence," along with several photos.
The publicly shared photos captured Lee Chae-yeon pressing a voting stamp on her hand. The subsequent photos also showed Lee Chae-yeon taking a confirmation shot in front of a voting station notice after wearing a blue arm band.
Lee Chae-yeon then said, "I can’t change the arm band on my wrist, so I’ll neutralize it with cherry tomatoes," as she made efforts to eliminate associations with specific political party colors, evoking laughter.
Meanwhile, actress Han Ye-ri erased all colors through a 'black and white' photo. She caught attention by posting a black and white photo along with the caption, "Monday and Thursday. Be sure to vote early!" while confirming her visit to the early voting site.
On the other hand, early voting for the 21st presidential election will take place over two days, from May 29 to 30. Voting hours are daily from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., and voting can be conducted at the early voting stations set up nationwide.
