The group UNIS is sweeping through university festivals in 2025.
Recently, UNIS (Jin Hyeon-joo, Nana, Jelly Dong-ka, Kotoko, Bang Yoon-ha, Elissia, Oh Yoon-ah, Im Seo-won) has been performing at college festival stages across the country.
UNIS took the collegiate scene by storm last fall, establishing itself as a rising star. This year, they are also being spotlighted as the 'top choice for festival bookings.' Beginning on the 12th at Paichai University, UNIS has visited Changshin University, Korea University, Hankuk University of Foreign Studies Global Campus, and Yonsei University Future Campus, engaging with students through music.
They received a warm response with a diverse setlist featuring the title track 'SWICY,' from their mini album released in April, along with representative songs such as 'You Don't Know' and 'SUPERWOMAN.'
In particular, the lively performances of the eight members elevated the festival atmosphere to its peak. UNIS presented vibrant live performances while holding handheld microphones, and they took control of the scene by approaching the audience, making eye contact, and naturally eliciting responses.
There were also cover song stages that everyone could enjoy. UNIS showcased a variety of cover performances with songs like 'CHEER UP,' 'Catallena,' 'Mr. Chu,' and 'What is Love?' demonstrating a wide range of charms from innocent to lively.
The sea of spectators gathered to see the UNIS performance responded with loud cheers and group singing, adding to the festive excitement. Most notably, the encore requests that erupted immediately after the performance highlighted UNIS's growing popularity.
Receiving warm invitations from universities, UNIS is also expanding its presence on global stages. They will perform at the 'KT POP 2025' stage in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, on the 31st. After that, on June 8, they will kick off their debut fan con Asia tour in Seoul.
